Exchanges and Returns
We hope you love everything you ordered! If, however, there is a problem with the piece or pieces you received, you have 14 days to make returns (starting from the day you received your order).
Don't forget that small imperfections are to be expected in all the items we sell, as they are handmade. Pieces made with recycled (like brass) or re-purposed materials (like fabric, trims or some fabric detail) may show some discoloration or little imperfections. The ceramic pieces are never exactly the same size and may present small imperfections and slight color variations in the glaze, the freight, the decals, high and low reliefs. We believe that it is these imperfections that give value and make each object unique!
To return or exchange an item, please send an e-mail to teresaluzmineiro@gmail.com with the following information:
Reason for return or exchange (if the reason is defect in any of the parts, please attach photos, so we can check them).
What option you want to choose - refund of the order value or exchange for another product or products.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unmarked by liquids, perfumes or cleaning products and unmarked by any kind of wear. Labels must be intact and it is advisable to reuse the original packaging, with the appropriate protections, if applicable.
EXCHANGES
Portugal and European Union - The costs of return will be borne by the customer except in the case of return by defect or damage to the product. In case of exchange, the new shipment will be paid by us.
If you are from around Leiria, you can make the exchange directly at Teresa's Atelier without any cost.
International (outside the European Union) - the costs of exchanges and returns of products will be borne in full by the customer (return shipping and shipping of new article, in the case of exchange).
Our brand is exempt from payment of any kind of taxes and customs duties related to returned items.
No entanto, em caso de defeito, danos, ou erro relativo ao envio, a Teresa Mineiro assumirá o custo da devolução.
RETURNS
In case of return, we will refund the total amount paid for the purchased product(s), except for the shipping costs. The return shipping costs will be borne by the client and our brand will not be responsible for any loss or damage in the process, so we suggest that the items are well packed and protected. The return should be made by registered mail to our address:

If the product(s) is returned in its original condition, without damage or usage marks, the amount will be refunded to the customer via the same payment method used in the purchase process, no later than 15 days after the return was received.
